U+21FA1 is not correct in 細明體-ExtB and CNS11643

In Unicode 15.0, U+21FA1 is H-source, the bottom is 日 圖片

While in 細明體-ExtB , 圖片 and in CNS11643, the 楷體 png show the bottom is 目 圖片
