UCS2003 glyph for 𨾙 (U+28F99) is misdesigned

The UCS2003 glyph matches MJ052529 (not in the IVD). Maybe it's better to revert the change on GlyphWiki, so that u28f99-jv matches MJ. Here is the 新大字典 entry.
