The right hand side of 𥓁 (U+254C1) is a corrupted form of 𠬦, which is unrelated to 囪 or 囱. Therefore the shape should be kept as is (using 夂 with final stroke as dot, and not be normalized to 夕 or middle of 囪.

Therefore, the glyph should match the G glyph at GHZ-42434.03, and the UCS2003 glyph is wrong.
