Summary

Currently, memes appear on Lenster with the autogenerated tag 'Posted via Memixer'. See example below:

Desired state: The autogenerated tag 'Posted via Memixer' should contain a link back to the meme, rememe.lol/[postId] so that Lenster users can discover memes on Lenster and then remix the meme on re:meme's UI.

Feature spec from Yogi: appId comes from the Lens API and is placed here: https://github.com/lensterxyz/lenster/blob/main/src/components/Publication/FullPublication.tsx#L52

We can create a constant file with known appids with their respective URL link. Similar to what we did for verified profiles: https://github.com/lensterxyz/lenster/blob/main/data/verified.ts
