Preview card of any profile when you hover over avatar, handle or name

Currently it's quite difficult to understand if you want to follow someone in a list or not just by looking at their avatar and handle/name.

I would propose showing a popup card whenever you hover over an avatar, handle, or name - which can show you additional context like their bio, shared follows, and how many follows/followers they have.
