May be this function should be called Navigation bar.

I have a lot of document blocks, and when I look for one of them, I need to go through each one to find the exact one I need. If you can add a navigation button for each document block, you can click this button to quickly jump to the corresponding document block.

As an alternative, you can do what I did in Edna:

On Ctrl + B is Go to block command which shows UI like note selector but block selector:

You select a block and the cursor jumps there.
