Spells Added at Lvl One Inappropriate

Fresh clean install and it's giving lvl 1 shamans rank 12 spells.

This issue persists across all race/classes getting inappropriate spells.

The solution is do not run any of the 7000 lines of custom spells near the bottom of the SQL. They add the bad/problematic spells.

I know this is a bit of a necro but someone must have fixed this, as I'm on a fresh pserver and arac is my first module install, and the spells all came in at the appropriate rank 1

This is NOT fixed.

Check ARAC.sql line 7092.
