Config Flow reconfigure

This PR adds reconfigure option to the Config Flow for AfvalInfo.

It was annoying to delete and recreate it if you wanted to add a sensor to an existing entry. I ended up with two commits as the update of the changes initially didn't work.

To configure the integration, click on the 3 dots next to Afvalinfo and click "Reconfigure".

Tested with language = EN in HA 2024.04.2.

I'll test the code somewhere at the end of the month. I'm going on a small city trip and I'm a little busy now and don't want to fix things when I'm on holiday. Thnx for the pull request!
