We have long standing problem with the website as it doesn't represent the current state of the project.

I suggest deploying a new version at ergvein.net and stick to ergvein wallet name. Add focus on the fact that we are Bitcoin focused project and provide features for Lightning Network and Liquid Network as your main direction of development.

Subtasks:

• [ ] Port rust static page from our old side-project.
• [ ] Redesign it to match ergvein.
• [ ] Adjust content to match goals of the project.
