Bug: incorrect display of the changed user name

Summary

The name of the 1st user have changed only in the list of active users of the 2nd user

Reproduction steps

1st user
1 Click "Sign In"
2 Fill out the form
3 Click "Submit"
5 Go to the main page of the website
6 Click to your username
7 Click "Settings"
8 Change "Your name" from ksenrika to soroka

2nd user
1 Click "Sign In"
2 Fill out the form
3 Click "Submit"
5 Go to the main page of the website
6 Go to the form of the chat

Expected result

After 1 user has changed the name, it is displayed everywhere for 2 users as a new name

Actual result

The name of the 1st user have changed only in the list of active users of the 2nd user. In Form of private messages, the name of the 1st user remains the same
