Bug: the "Holopins" section is not displayed

Summary

The section "Holopins" doesn't load in the user's profile

Reproduction steps

1 Click "Sign In"
2 Fill out the form
3 Click "Submit"
4 Open Devtools
5 Go to the main page of the website
6 Click to your username 
7 Click "My profile"
8 Find the "Holopins" section
9 View the response from Devtools

Expected result

The user's profile should display a personal, public showcase of digital achievements presented as a collection of icons (Holopins)

Actual result

The section "Holopins" doesn't load in the user's profile. Error 404 is displayed.
