Bug: It is possible to change only one speed mode in the player

Summary

It's not possible to change the playback speed in the player, except for 2x speed

Reproduction steps

1 Click "Sign In"
2 Fill out the form
3 Click "Submit"
4 Go to the main page of the website
5 Click to your username 
6 Click "My profile"
7 Choose "Completed games"
8 Click "Show" on any completed game
9 Click on the gear icon in the player
10 Choose speed mode

Expected result

The user sees a recording of the completed game with the player interface, where the speed can be changed to different values (0.25x, 0.5x, 0.75 x, normal speed, 1.25x, 1.5x, 1.75x, 2x)

Actual result

The user sees a recording of the completed game with the player interface, where you can change the speed to only one mode - 2x
