Bug: When hovering over a nickname in the Hall of Fame, a window with brief information about the user does not appear.

Summary

When you hover your cursor over any nickname on the site, information about the user is displayed, and you can click on the nickname to go to the user's public page. However, these functions are not available in the hall of fame.

Reproduction steps

1. Open the website https://codebattle.hexlet.io/
2. Click on the avatar/nickname icon in the upper right corner
3. Click on “Hall of Fame”
3. Hover your cursor over any player's nickname
4. Click on any player's

Expected result

A small window appears with information about the user When you click on a user's nickname, you are taken to the public profile of the selected user

Actual result

Nicknames are not available for interaction
