Bug: It is not possible to reset the password for the registered user

It is not possible to reset the password for the registered user [email protected]
Reproduction steps
1. Go to the "Forgot Password" page
2. Enter the email [email protected]
3. Click on "Reset Password"
Expected result
A password reset email is sent if the user exists in the system.
Actual result
An error EMAIL_NOT_FOUND is returned, even though the user is registered.
