Bug: User cannot delete their message in chat
Summary
When a user sends a message in the public or private chat during a match, there is no option to delete it. This may lead to confusion or inability to correct mistakes.
Reproduction steps
1. Go to https://codebattle.hexlet.io/
2. User registered and authorised
3. On the home page, scroll down to chat
4. Send a message to chat
5. Try to delete your message - note that there is no delete option.
Expected result
User should be able to delete their own message from chat via a visible delete icon or a context menu.
Actual result
There is no visible option to delete a message. The message stays in the chat and cannot be removed by the user.
