Bug: Error of task selection when creating a game by specified parameters

A game is created outside of sorted list by tags. The level difficulty doesn't matter. Version: 9425fb5

Reproduction steps

1. Click on "Create a game" button
2. Select level 4
3. Select "math" and "rest" tags
4. Click on task's list
5. Check the games in the list
6. Select "random task"
7. Click on "Create battle" button

Expected result

One of the listed games will be created

Actual result
