Reproduction steps

1. Open website: https://codebattle.hexlet.io/
2. Click on the “Language” button
3. Select “Russian”
4. Check if the interface language has been changed correctly
5. Click on the “Language” button
6. Select “English”.
7. Check if the interface language has been changed correctly

Expected result

When choosing the language "Russian", the website interface must be fully translated into Russian. When you return to "English", the website interface must be fully translated into English. There should be no errors, empty texts, or incorrect display on the site.

Actual result

There is no button to change the interface language.
