Reproduction steps

1. Open website: https://codebattle.hexlet.io/
2. Click on the “Language” button
3. Select “Russian”
4. Check if the interface language has been changed correctly
5. Click on the “Language” button
6. Select “English”.
7. Check if the interface language has been changed correctly

Expected result

When selecting the language “Russian”, the site interface should be fully translated into Russian. When returning to “English”, the site interface should be fully translated into English. There should be no errors, empty texts or incorrect displays on the site.
