Add support for recommendations, category tags, and per episode synopses/name for DutaMovie

Tags can be pulled from the "Genre" section in HTML and recommendations can use the "Related Movies" section I think. Episode synopses exist on the HTML source also but aren't used in CloudStream so just wondering if it's possible to pull and set that also? Additionally the episode name pulls from the button select which leads to "S1 Eps1" displaying on CloudStream when on each episode there is a section called "Episode Name" that it should pull from instead if possible.

I may be pushing what can actually be done here so if this isn't realistically feasible, feel free to close...

Also I wonder if trailer support could be added since it exists on dutamovie21?
