Absolute path for tar archive

What do you think to handle also an absolute path?

the library doesn't support abs path? it is not relative to "cwd"?

anyway instead of forking and creating separate version of this library... maybe you can put this contribution on my own version of backup and restore library? :) https://github.com/lihaibh/mongodb-snapshot
