Folders generated but no backup files generated

Basically what the title says. A dump folder is generated. Inside that is another folder with the db name and in there a folder for every collection. However, no files are generated. I use MongoDB Atlas.

The command that I execute:

mongodb-backup mongodb://name:[email protected]:27017/dbname?ssl=true"&"replicaSet=name-shard-0"&"authSource=admin

I can confirm. Just a folder structure database/collections without files in it..

Same ... so the associated tool "mongo-restore" is not usable too
