Add Quiz functionality
Add functionality for mining Koin with a new feature for Quizzes.
Alex Koin can ask a question about AKC or Chime. Those who answer the question correctly will mine a koin.
This can be a central place for discussion about the user experience.
What if you had to pay in a koin to submit an answer and then after a user defined time, we split the pot between those who answered correctly
I really like the idea that a user can put a koin in, essentially an anty. However, the point is that I was thinking of new ways to mine koin, not redistribute what's already out there. So maybe they pay their anty and the pot will be split plus those who answer correct will mine koin.
There is another issue to create a web interface. Is this something that would be better to do through the interface versus say Slack. Maybe a Koin lord initiates a Quiz and the bot sends a message with a link to the front end, where there will be a quiz.
