Update README.md

I was having trouble since the original README.md sais "Copy Client Id and client secret then Go to Nextcloud". What is meant is not the generated secret key ID and secret key but the "Application Client ID" from the Overview section and the secret key from the Certificates & Secrets section. Therefore, I propose to clarify.
