Create docker-ce image from ubuntu-24.04

TL;DR

Since the ubuntu-24.04 image is already available in the Cloud console, could we base the docker-ce image on this one instead of ubuntu-22.04?

Expected behavior

docker-ce image is based on the ubuntu-24.04 image.
