No 2 dedicated server, 1 OVH Server https://www.ovhcloud.com/fr/bare-metal/rise/prices/ and 1 custom server (Raid 1, 64Gb Ram/1 CPU)

There are proxmox to install

1 Server has proxmox too and no problem

Thanks for the info.

The only cases that we know of when agent can get 'stuck' is where an unresponsive NAS is attached to the server.

Please open a support ticket on our platform so we can look further into this matter.
