I am having the same issue, running on ubuntu 22.04 with python 3.10. I went in custom_nodes/ComfyUI-N-Nodes/ I did sudo pip install -r requirements.txt It said it installed everything correctly...

Just a note "/usr/bin/ffmpeg" wont work on windows. I would say keep "ffmpeg" and let the user fix his own pathing by modifying environment variable correctly? If it gets remove...
