[Feature request] Option to limit number of stack items on notification

https://github.com/heruoxin/Clip-Stack/issues/29#issuecomment-97509644 shows how Clip Stack will currently create very large notifications when there are multiple clips on the stack.

In conjunction with #27, I'm looking for more of a boolean "is there anything on the stack"-type notification, so I'd want the option to limit the notification to show just the top item on my stack and its actions. (Other people may only want the top 2 or 3 items.)

Current Clip Stack occupies maximum 6 rows in notification. It makes the notification scrolling list too long. I personally prefer a single row notification.
