Allow user to be redirected back to a client on successful _explicit_ sign-up
If a client has a "sign-up" button that links directly to Identity, the standard OAuth cookie mechanism that we normally use to redirect users back to the right client after a sign-up don't work (they're only stored on an attempted OAuth dance which turns out to be unauthorized).
It would be nice to provide a way for clients to get back to the right place after completing sign-up in these types of situations.

It wouldn't just be nice - it will be very important. Understanding our sign-up flow, and being able to change it and measure and iterate - is going to be pretty important this year. Thanks!

@jonmountjoy Nah, I don't think so, but of course it is possible. That's probably some kind of bug though while this issue is functionality that doesn't quite exist yet.
