Incompatible with Enhanced Certificates

After enabling Enhanced Certificates on a database, the commands in this plugin no longer function.

I get errors like this:

sql: error: connection to server at "[REDACTED].data.elastic.heroku.com" (44.[REDACTED]), port 5432 failed: FATAL:  database "12345abcxyz?sslrootcert=" does not exist
