Build Fails with latest version

@rdpatel3996 Can you elaborate more on what your setup is? Which version of Yarn are you using? Do you have the workspace plugin installed?

Hey sorry for missing information. Yes, I have a workspace plugin installed and we are using yarn2.

below plugins are in our .yarnrc.yml image

Earlier it was working fine, but at the latest, it started failing and fixing the version to v183 fixes the build.

I feel after this line it breaks.
