How to specify static version ?

Hey i dont want to automatically update chromedriver/browser, How can i do that ? chromvedriver has env variable, but what about this package ? the CHROMEDRIVER_VERSION thing not working i explained here https://github.com/heroku/heroku-buildpack-chromedriver/issues/39

Same issue for me, any guide on how to block? Thinking about forking and just blocking the version before the updates
