FEATURE-REQUEST: separate accounts per shell

Right now I can't run a scripted series of commands for one client in one terminal, switch to another terminal, and run commands for another client.

Set HEROKU_API_KEY instead

Or may be use dot file .heroku-accounts to determine the account for the shell?
