Syntax coloration is disabled

The syntax coloration is disabled. So it is very difficult to read logs

@ibrahimkelly I was able to confirm that this regression was introduced in 8.11.3 due to updates to one of our dependencies. I will create a bug ticket to fix this soon. In the meantime you can downgrade your version to 8.11.2 with

heroku update --version=8.11.2

to restore the functionality.
