Heroku cli using bash instead of zsh

Description

I am using zsh and when running heroku command, it only executes bash and then doesn't output anything related to the command itself. I checked it using strace and the output can be seen below. I can use heroku commands in bash though. It just happens only with zsh.

What is the current behavior?

➜ ~ heroku outputs system info starting with 'Welcome to Ubuntu' instead of executing the heroku command.

What is the expected behavior?

Execute the heroku command and outputs usage, etc.

OS version

Windows 10 WSL2 - Ubuntu 20.04.3
