I need help to understand this sentence in configurations page, last paragraph, saying: "each fully orthogonal to other env vars" is it something rhetorical, or am I missing something important to understand?

Hello there,

It would be great if you merge this PR, I was about to translate 12factors methodology into Arabic, but I decided to look at the PRs to find this PR thanks God. This may help lot of Arab developers to know about the 12factors methodology, which may help the Arabic developer community a lot.
