- I've updated the TOC to match all pages
- Replaced "produktionssättning" in most places with "kodsläpp" or "release". I did however keep it in a few places because the feeling was more formal and it seemed to fit.
Please have a final look at the latest commit and see if you have any comments, otherwise I think we are done. Good work reviewing!
