Great! Would you mind sharing the tools/process you followed to generate the epub/mobi files?

Sure - I use the tools and methodology from Standard Ebooks, adapted somewhat because the licensing of the final book is different. I did quite a bit of review on links as well , plus cleaned up some structure based on epub standards. I used the "Marked 2" tool to convert the markdown source into xhtml.

Finally, I used Calibre to convert the epub into mobi. The toolkit I used also produces azw3 files natively (newer Amazon format) and am happy to include that. I was also thinking about submitting a PR to update bottom of page links to the ebooks.

I did not find the version in epub in Russian (maybe badly searched). I made a version for myself, using the pandoc for this. Attach it to this post, maybe someone will come in handy.
