Object not Found

I git clone this and set up a vhost file chown the directory to http, and get this:

Object not found! The requested URL was not found on this server. If you entered the URL manually please check your spelling and try again.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

Error 404 hinterlandroad.org Apache/2.4.43 (Unix) PHP/7.4.6

I am on Arch Linux using apache(httpd) Why am I getting this?
