Layers with ! in name are being exported

However the readme says:

Locked layers or with "!" in their name visibility will be ignored and will not be exported. For example, this can be used to keep global layers visibility or guide layers from being exported.

this is not happening in the two files in General, as there is no check on presence of the exclamation mark in the code.

@bartn I'm sorry, I'm no longer using Illustrator, so I don't have a way to debug this and support further development.

I'm happy to accept PRs if someone wants to continue the development of this script.
