check file size before uploading

We should check the file size if a user is not streaming.

Been seeing this:

"OPERATION FAILED - File size (4008931683) is greater than possible Buffer: 2147483647 bytes"

If the user hasn't selected -a maybe we should automatically stream, or at least suggest they upload qith -s
