Feature Request: Mark Note Requests as Fulfilled Upon Upload

Describe the feature

Currently, in the ExamTime web application, users can request notes from others, creating a platform for knowledge sharing and collaboration. However, there is a lack of clarity regarding the status of these requests once notes are uploaded by other users.

I propose the addition of a new feature where users uploading notes can specify which request they are fulfilling. Upon upload, the corresponding request will be marked as fulfilled, providing clarity to other users and preventing redundant uploads of the same notes. This enhancement will streamline the note-sharing process, improve user experience, and promote efficient utilization of resources within the community.

Key Features:

• Option for users uploading notes to select the request(s) they are fulfilling.
• Automatic marking of corresponding requests as fulfilled upon successful upload.
• Clear indication on the platform interface that a request has been fulfilled, preventing duplicate uploads and providing transparency to users.
• Improved user engagement and satisfaction through efficient note-sharing processes.
