Feat:Implement "Forgot Password" Feature

Users provide their email, receive a password reset link, and set a new password. This process will be implemented on both the client and server of the platform.

Hi @hereisSwapnil,
I noticed that the "Forgot Password" feature was assigned to another contributor. I had initially opened this issue and expressed my interest in working on it. I've already put in some effort to analyze the requirements and plan the implementation.
Could you please clarify the process for issue assignment? I'd like to understand how to ensure that my contributions are recognized and that I have a fair opportunity to work on issues I propose.
