Implement Feature: Drag and Drop

I am pleased to submit this pull request addressing Feature Request #182

As per the feature request. I have successfully implemented "drag and drop file" method in the notes upload section. Along with this i have also updated the layout of the upload notes "form" for better user interface. All the screen shots have been attached.
