Feat: Implement drag and drop in drop zone feature for file upload

Describe the feature

At present users can only browse the file to upload, the drag and drop of file feature is not supported. Adding this feature will enhance our application usability.

The title says "drop files here" but we can't actually drag and drop files into that drop zone.
