Add status badge in all repositories

I would like to know what glue is in the alpha, beta, or mature version.

What about adding a status badge in all repositories?

Ideally we could open a issue on every repo and discuss the status for each repo/project.

INSTRUCTIONS TO WORK ON IT:

[Given] repository without badge status [and] don't have an issue about it [then] open an issue with the following pattern

  • Title: [Discussion] Stability badges
  • Description: propose a first stability badge status and explain why
  • Tag the core team

PS: Try to maintain it simple
