This PR will be the starting point of version 1 of the Cargo-Browser. 🎉

Cargo has gotten outdated and lacks a few important features, I decided to completely rebuild Cargo in a better and more modular way.

The next version of Cargo will be a complete rebuild, using React and BrowserViews, instead of my custom XOU framework combined with electron's outdated webviews. Cargo will also get built in ad-blocking, to protect users privacy.
