Update for php84 to remove deprecation warnings.

Im getting many deprecation warnings in my logs so thought Id help with updating things to avoid that.

Looks like 8.1 might have to be dropped to support 8.4.

I cant see any failing tests so its possible more deps need updating to prevent the deprecation warnings. It looks like this package is updated ok.

I am doing an attempt myself. Because I don't think we need to remove 8.1 support just yet.

Could anyone test out if #10 is working without problems? I had to remove the triggers and replace them with common exceptions, so it will be a major release.
