fx_cast video casting...sound...not?

casting video works great but sound stays on pc not on chromecast.any help?

Is this casting HTML5 media?

The playback isn't affected locally unless you enable syncing (though I think that's broken right now). It should be playing sound from the Chromecast, though. Possibly muted.

Does it happen with every video?

videos in pc and tv are not muted!video casts but audio is ok in pc but in tv sound cant be heard.

all videos i tried are muted on tv.any help?thx!

iam using the nvidia shield media player intergrated chromecast.dont know if its ok as a machine

If you're not casting your screen like @Torbins mentioned, it's the same issue reported in #62, but I've never been able to reproduce it and very little idea what would cause it.

I don't get any sound on the TV and the youtube video lags the laptop (macbook air) by over a second. What are the settings to cast with sound to a TV? I am not on mute on the computer, tab or content. It works seamlessly in Chrome. Thanks

@JonnyTSpeed It sounds like you're casting the screen/tab, rather than the YouTube app. Have you got YouTube whitelisted and are you casting via the button on the YouTube player toolbar?

I uninstalled it as it is still flakey AF. I think these alpha versions are important. Keep up the good work.
