[BUG] Speedtests Time field alternates between DD/MM/YYYY and MM/DD/YYYY

Describe the bug In the speedtests history, see the date information inside the Time field:

• successful speedtests have a date format DD/MM/YYYY
• failed speedtests have a date format MM/DD/YYYY

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to speedtest-tracker webpage
2. Click on All Tests
3. Observe Time field
4. See error

Expected behavior The date information should be consistent. And if any, some information provided in the docs if it depends on the locale for example.
