[BUG] Speedtest.tgz is not downloading within the docker image /config/www/app/bin/speedtest not found

chmod: cannot access '/config/www/app/Bin/speedtest': No such file or directory

Ookla GDPR and EULA accepted. Downloading Speedtest CLI. Connecting to install.speedtest.net (151.101.2.219:443) wget: error getting response: Connection reset by peer tar: can't open 'speedtest.tgz': No such file or directory cp: cannot stat 'speedtest': No such file or directory s6-applyuidgid: fatal: unable to exec /site/app/Bin/speedtest: No such file or directory

While first start the file speedtest is not able to download. Speedtest is not working so far.

Had the same problem and reported here: #855

I posted a solution / workaround. Maybe you get it to work too.
